About the role As Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead our line maintenance team in supporting a modern fleet of Embraer E190 aircraft. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fast-paced airport, where short runways and steep approaches demand precision and expertise.
You'll be responsible for overseeing safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations — both scheduled and reactive. From coordinating defect rectification and supporting AOG recovery, to shaping team culture and mentoring engineers, your impact will be both operational and cultural.
What you'll bring UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 licence
At least 5 years' certification experience
At least one current aircraft type authorisation
Embraer 190 type rating desirable (training can be provided)
A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Eligibility for restricted airport access and airside driving
You'll also need a thorough understanding of Part 145 procedures and proven experience leading engineering teams in a high-pressure line maintenance environment. A forward-thinking approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing others are key.
