This is a nurturing, structured environment with small class sizes and a strong multi-disciplinary team. What you’ll be doing: Teaching a small class of pupils with Autism, using adapted and personalised learning plans Creating a calm, predictable classroom environment Working closely with TAs, therapists, and the SENCO Supporting pupils with social communication and emotional regulation Celebrating progress, however big or small Whether you’re an experienced SEN teacher or an ECT with a genuine passion for inclusive practice, this school will support you properly.
