Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high‑quality, inclusive and distinctive education to all pupils in the year group.
* Create a caring and nurturing environment grounded in our Christian values, recognising the uniqueness of each child.
* Lead and support the development of staff across the year group.
* Implement and promote best practice teaching, learning and assessment across STEM subjects.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and manage it through effective teaching and classroom leadership.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape the school’s strategy and curriculum.
* Drive professional development and embed continuous improvement practices.
