Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join Outpatient Network, supporting the delivery of high-quality elective and outpatient services across multiple NHS partner sites.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients attending elective and outpatient clinics across a range of specialties.
* Support consultants and clinical teams in the assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients within outpatient and minor procedure settings.
* Prepare clinic areas, equipment, and documentation in line with infection prevention and control and governance standards.
* Undertake patient observations, record clinical information accurately, and maintain clear, timely documentation.
* Provide effective communication, reassurance, and support to patients and their families throughout the outpatient journey.
* Administer medications and assist with clinical procedures in accordance with professional standards and local protocols.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth clinic flow and continuity of care.
* Adhere to all Outpatient Network and NHS policies on clinical governance, safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety.
* Participate in audit, mandatory training, and continuous professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications
* Essential: NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
