Key Details:- Role: Hands-on management including rostering, payroll, budgets, stock control, sales, and compliance training. Shifts can finish as late as 3am and start as early as 8am. Ideal Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, leisure venues, or similar industries; proven experience managing teams, employee relations, food hygiene audits, and bar compliance.
