VP Enterprise Growth Salary: From £99k per annum Location: Remote Type of Role: Full Time / 9.00-5.30pm / Monday to Friday Closing Date: 1st August 2025 Purpose of the Role The VP of Enterprise Growth leads the charge to quadruple Bright Horizons’ Work Family enterprise division in five years. This strategic leader drives new seven-figure deals, expands key accounts, and shapes market strategy—fueled by data, innovation, and a high-performing team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is pivotal in scaling impact, revenue, and market dominance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Division Growth Lead the Enterprise Growth Division to quadruple business over five years. Define and execute growth strategies across market penetration, account expansion, and sector development. Set strategic direction, allocate resources, and establish performance metrics to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Team Leadership & Performance Manage and develop a high-performing team of Client Directors securing seven-figure contracts. Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity. Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and top-tier recruitment. Enterprise Account Growth Partner with Client Relationship leadership to expand existing enterprise accounts. Drive cross-sell, upsell, and geographic growth initiatives. Build scalable frameworks to maximise client lifetime value. Data-Driven Strategy & Analytics Collaborate with Growth Enablement to develop real-time performance dashboards. Use analytics to inform strategic decisions, predict trends, and optimise resource allocation. Champion data-led decision-making across the division. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Work with Market and Sales Intelligence to identify new sectors and growth opportunities. Shape product development, market entry, and competitive positioning strategies. Establish thought leadership and inform broader Work Family strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Full Service teams to enhance enterprise client delivery. Influence organisational strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Executive Reporting & Communication Report to the Executive Director on performance, strategy, and growth opportunities. Lead strategic planning sessions and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for performance and planning. Essential Experience Leadership & Growth 15 years in sales, BD, and exec leadership Scaled teams, smashed revenue targets, led transformations Strategic Impact Built winning growth strategies Closed enterprise deals, expanded key accounts Market Know-How Deep enterprise and Fortune 500 experience Skilled in complex, high-value negotiations Data-Driven Analytics-savvy, Salesforce pro Turns data into action and growth Collaborative Leader Cross-functional driver of results Influences at all levels, globally Education Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred Advanced leadership development and strategic planning training advantageous Professional certifications in sales methodology, account management, or business development preferred Bright Horizons are committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone has a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive in meaningful and impactful ways.
