Because, as a Team Leader at Arriva you’ll spend your time leading your team whilst still getting your hands on the tools, using your experience to mentor and help your team solve the complex problems.
Living and breathing engineering prowess, you'll be a role model for your team. Your previous experience in technical or people leadership will enable you to communicate effectively with your team and the wider business, delivering excellent results and performance at every opportunity. About you:

You’ll have a strong Engineering background with proven experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul of heavy vehicle, equipment and/or machinery with a recognised qualification (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
