We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf. You’ll be helping pupils with a variety of additional learning needs, making a real difference in their education and development. About the Role: Work across multiple classes and schools as required, adapting to different needs and age groups. Support children with a range of SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and other additional learning needs. Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver individualised learning experiences. Help create inclusive, engaging lessons and activities that promote progress, confidence, and independence.
