What you'll be doing:
* Provide expert SAP UK Payroll support across multiple releases and industries
* Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP modules for smooth client operations
* Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues, identifying solutions and preventative measures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging technical and business stakeholders
* Take ownership of client cases, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising quality
* Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality
* Stay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions
Qualifications:
* 7+ years' experience in SAP UK Payroll, with exposure to multiple releases
* Extensive technical and/or functional SAP expertise, including configuration and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of SAP architecture, implementation practices, and key functionality
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
* Proven team player contributing to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
