We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.
Creativity is our daily routine. From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes, our services and events are highly regarded. As Boutique Manager, you will elevate these in-store events and ensure their success. You will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the store and aligning your team with the Boutique and Brand vision. Coaching and inspiring your team to surpass their KPIs, as well as your own, is essential.

Qualifications
* Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Successful track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
