Team Assistant/Front of House
Contemporary Real Estate - Central London
Salary: circa £45,000 (DOE)

Our client is an international contemporary real estate firm. The company is modern and exciting, and developing fast. They operate out of brand-new, state-of-the-art offices in Central London, and have a strong, collaborative team culture.
Our client is seeking an Team Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director and wider team, alongside some Front of House duties.
The Role
This is a varied and highly visible position, ideal for someone proactive, polished, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Split across both office management/reception duties and senior-level administrative support, this role is central to the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executive & Team Assistant Support (approx. 70%)

* Proactive diary and inbox management for the Managing Director
\t
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
\t
* Managing travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
\t
* Supporting a team of around seven people with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative needs
\t
* Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
\t
* Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
\t
* Ensuring the MD is briefed, prepared, and supported across all priorities
Office Management & Reception Duties (approx. 30%)
\t
* Being the welcoming face of the office—greeting visitors and managing the front-of-house experience
\t
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies and facilities coordination
\t
* Liaising with building management and external suppliers
\t
* Assisting with company events, meetings, and office operations
\t
* Supporting the smooth move-in and ongoing operations of the newly established workspace
About You

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
\t
* Experienced in supporting a senior executive, ideally within finance, real estate, or professional services
\t
* A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
\t
* Comfortable balancing a dual office manager/support remit
\t
* Discreet, professional, and adept at handling confidential information
\t
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, medium-sized environment
\t
* Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office and modern workplace tools
