We are seeking a proactive Head’s Office Administrator to work closely with and support the Head’s Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative, organisational and communication support to enable the Head and Senior Leadership Team to operate effectively across leadership, safeguarding, events management and co-curricular provision.

John Lyon is a leading academically selective co-educational independent day school for pupils aged 2–18, located in Harrow-on-the-Hill, North West London. With a proud heritage dating back to 1876, the school has evolved into a thriving all-through school following its 2021 amalgamation with Quainton Hall Prep School. In the same year, we welcomed our first girls as pupils, marking an exciting new chapter in the school's history.

Normal Hours of Work

The normal working days will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour unpaid break for lunch. The post holder will work during Term-time plus 4 weeks per annum (38 weeks in total).
