Architect - Data Centre
London Paddington Full-Time 60k - 90k + Benefits
We are representing a leading architectural practice with a strong track record in industrial and technical facilities. Following a series of new project wins in the Data Centre sector, they are now looking for an experienced Data Centre Architect to join their team near Paddington.
Senior Architect Role Overview
* Design and deliver data centre projects from masterplanning through to detailed technical stages
* Work on both single occupier and co-location schemes, supporting end-users and developers across the UK
* Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and sustainable facilities
* Produce robust design documentation and support project delivery on high-value, mission-critical developments
Senior Architect Requirements
* Proven experience designing and delivering data centre projects or Cleanrooms (essential)
* Strong knowledge of resilience, redundancy, and cooling strategies
* Ability to work across RIBA stages 0-7
* Revit proficiency desirable
* Office based, within commuting distance of either Gratham, Newark or Nottingham
Senior Architect Salary & Package
* Up to 90,000 DOE
