You'llworkonsiteatcustomerlocations,supportingexperiencedtechniciansandhelpingdeliverahigh-qualityfluidmanagementservice.You'llgainexposurenotonlytotechnicaloperations,butalsotocustomerrelationshipmanagementandbusinessdevelopmentactivities.
Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysworkingpractically,interactingwithcustomers,andwantstoprogressintoAccountManagement/BusinessDevelopment.
KeyResponsibilities:
Onsite&TechnicalSupport:
Assistwithonsitefluidmanagementservicessuchasoilhandling,toppingup,sampling,andhousekeeping
Supportseniortechniciansduringroutineservicevisitsandmaintenancework
Prepareequipment,materials,anddocumentationforsiteactivities
Carryoutbasicinspectionsandchecksundersupervision
Maintainclean,safe,andorganisedworkingareasatcustomersites
CustomerSupport:
Actasaprofessionalandapproachablerepresentativeofthecompany
Buildpositiveworkingrelationshipswithcustomerpersonnel
Communicateclearlywithcustomersandescalateissueswhenrequired
SupporttheFluidManagementCo-ordinatorwhenneeded

Forthefirst3-6months,youwillbespendingtimewithourengineersandhelpingonjobsalongwithsomesalesshadowingwiththeteam.
After6-12months,oncedevelopedwithintherole,youwillprogressintoTechnicalSalesofourFluidManagement(fulltrainingcanbeprovided).
Dependingonskillsandexperiencethesetimeframescouldbesubjecttochange.Candidateswhoalreadypossestherequiredskillsetwillbefasttrackedtothesalesaspectsoftherole.
