Duties
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient selection to presentation, maintaining consistency and quality standards
* Ensure all food production complies with health and safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
* Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold a safe working environment
Experience
* good background in food production, cooking, and culinary skills
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
