We are seeking a dynamic PMO Specialist to lead and transform key areas for our banking client. This role focuses on portfolio management, finance and planning, transformation reporting, team structure transformation, relationship management, and interfacing with IT Digital and Transformation.
Responsibilities
1. Lead portfolio management initiatives to optimise project delivery and resource allocation.
2. Drive finance and planning strategies to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
3. Develop comprehensive transformation reports to track progress and outcomes.
4. Oversee team structure transformation to enhance productivity and collaboration.
5. Manage relationships to foster effective communication and partnership within various departments.
6. Collaborate closely with IT COO and DCOO Digital and Transformation to align strategies and objectives.
Essential Skills
7. Proven expertise in project management.
8. Experience in project coordination and program management.
9. Banking Experience Essential
