Learning is child focused and practical starting with exploratory play in the Early Years and building skills and understanding.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
* Teach in the Early Years setting at an All-through SEND school.
* Lead onraising standards and high-quality provisionfor children with SEND in early years.
* Collaborate with the Inclusion Manager and Headteacher to shape SEND strategy in EYFS.
* Usedata and self-evaluation toolsto track outcomes and highlight development priorities.
* Maintain and review register in EYFS; ensure SEND documentation is up-to-date
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Early Years teacher with QTS.
* Candidates with an EYP degree are highly desirable
* Proven experience inSEND, especially in the EYFS setting
* Have a love for working with EYFS and SEND
* Committed and flexible
