The role
Working as part of one or more Project teams to support the Project Manager in Project support activities.
This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46, homes.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity
What you'll achieve
1. Support the Project Manager in ensuring governance is effective:Managing Action Tracking from key project meetings, chasing as needed and flagging up matters of concern to PMTaking minutes at key project meetingsMaintaining project RAID log
2. Raising and tracking purchase requisitions/orders
3. Project administration, including:On/off boarding of resourcesOrganising and setting up workshops/meetingsCo-ordination of Sharepoint sites
4. Create and maintain monthly Portfolio reports and/or dashboards etc showing project progress, health, finances and trends
5. Support with data collation where required
What you'll bring
Essential skills
6. Highly organised, able to prioritise and negotiate deadlines
7. Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
8. Excellent written/oral communication skills
9. Understanding of project management approaches and methodologies
10. Experience in a PMO/PSA role
11. A team player with a flexible working approach.
