Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements:
* We require an HNC or higher in Telecoms or IT.
* We consider additional courses in VOIP, networking, or other telecoms areas advantageous.
* We prefer experience in field-based communications or IT installations, though this is not essential.
* We require proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
* We require knowledge of Telecoms PABX systems.
* We require an understanding of protocols such as Remote Desktop and Firewalls.
* We require excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, engineers, and support staff.
* We require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to consider alternative solutions.
* We require the ability to work under pressure, show leadership potential, and work independently.
* We require outstanding organisational skills and the ability to produce high-level reports.

Responsibilities:
* We will have our Field Based Engineer visit client locations to set up and evaluate products.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer provide guidance on how to use our products.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer diagnose and repair systems through remote access.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer carry out regular maintenance and upkeep.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer contribute to the development of new systems.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer carry out surveys.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer deliver support before and after sales.
* We will have our Field Based Engineer provide on-call assistance both virtually and in person on a rotating schedule.
