What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects including systemimplementations, integration, and organisational changeinitiatives
* Recommend improvements across HR systems including core HR,learning, and talent optimisation
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, includingclients, peers, and executives, to facilitate seamlesscommunication and project alignment
* Focus on identifying and mitigating project risksthroughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution andminimising disruptions
* Manage project budgets efficiently, tracking expenses,optimising resource allocation, and delivering the highestbusiness value
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced ProjectManager who’s passionate about people and technology.You’ll ideally bring:
* A degree in IT, Business, HR or equivalent experience
* 5+ years’ experience in managing HR techimplementations and systems development (Workdaydesirable)
* Experience with external system procurement, implementationand stakeholder engagement
* Proven experience delivering projects according to projectmethodologies like Agile or Prince2
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
