* Maintain high standards of culinary excellence, including cooking and serving dishes to guests.
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational performance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is highly desirable; barista or hotel experience is a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
