This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Big 4 firm, and help shape this rapidly growing practice. They are seeking either a Delivery Director or Senior Delivery Director to lead large-scale finance and supply chain transformation programs enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
The Opportunity
This senior leader will drive market growth for the Dynamics practice - shaping demand, creating opportunities, and positioning the firm as a trusted leader in Microsoft-enabled transformation.
This is far more than a delivery role. You will work with senior stakeholders to influence the market narrative, build strategic relationships with C-level executives and Microsoft’s ecosystem, and lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that maximise ROI - from strategy articulation and process design to technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver transformation agendas for global clients.
Define business cases and roadmaps for Microsoft D365 F&O-enabled transformation.
Act as a trusted adviser to CIOs, CFOs, and COOs.
Drive market growth through thought leadership, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Build internal capability and mentor high-performing teams.
Combine industry insight with expertise in finance, supply chain, and cloud adoption.
Develop go-to-market strategies and service offerings for the Dynamics practice.
Skills & Experience
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics F&O - ideally 10+ years.
Full lifecycle D365 F&O implementation experience.
Consulting background (ideally Big4).
Strong industry network desirable
Willingness to attend industry events and network
Practice development including hiring teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development and market shaping.
Ability to influence stakeholders and share best practice.
Experience establishing and embedding solution governance.
Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, CIPS) or relevant degree.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Willingness to travel to client site
Location & Flexibility
Hybrid working across major UK cities: London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.
