2+ PQE/Equivalent

About the Role:
You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of property charging, security and funding transactions, acting for both registered providers and for-profit providers involved in significant development, regeneration, maintenance and acquisition programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
* Maintain direct and proactive client communication
* Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters
* Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements
* Provide supervision and support to junior team members
* Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives
You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including:
* Registered providers
* Institutional lenders
* Local authorities
* Property investors
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
* Experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
