Role Overview
You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be genuinely attentive to their needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suitable for them both in-store and across channels.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.
