Working Hours: 4-5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 4-5 hours per day between 09:00 and 17:00

About the Role:
* As a Purchasing Administrator, you will support the supply chain team with a wide variety of administrative duties - from placing and tracking orders to building relationships with suppliers and maintaining internal systems.
* This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a busy, detail-focused environment and has a keen interest in procurement or operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
* Research and recommend new vendors
* Raise and track purchase orders
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Maintain internal databases (orders, deliveries, invoices, and contracts)
* Monitor inventory and assist in stocktaking
* Negotiate with suppliers and resolve any order/payment issues
* Support Goods In/Out with order queries
* Help drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain the Approved Supplier List and associated documentation
* Assist in developing standard purchasing procedures
* Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
* Previous purchasing or administrative experience is preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house systems
* Proactive, flexible, and a good team player
