Job Title:
Global Licensee Support and Engagement Specialist
Location:
Bracknell based, 4 days in office, 1 day at home
Role Overview
This role is a core function for the licensee team and partner network, focusing on ongoing general administration, engagement, and learning and development support on a global level.
The person in this role will partner with the wider licensee team and network, handling general administration duties such as shared mailbox management, escalation of IT tickets, data collection, Salesforce management, Licensee Cloud support, Purchase Order management, and project-based support. The role also collaborates closely with the Licensee Learning and Development manager to support activities related to the Licensee Learning Management System and training events.
Responsibilities
* Manage and distribute licensee queries, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Own global licensee communications and updates.
* Support Regional Leaders with legal agreements, Salesforce, and cloud storage.
* Maintain and update operating manuals and intranet content.
* Generate and distribute monthly reports.
* Coach licensee countries on Medallia insights.
* Oversee the CEO Awards process.
* Organize global partner events, webinars, and conferences.
* Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
Learning and Development Requirements
Own the administration and content of the Licensee Learning Management System (LMS), including:
* Administration
* Client Liaison
* System Requirements
* Client Onboarding Communications
* Content Enrollment and Maintenance
* Liaison with US ABG Learning and Development Team
Essential Experience
* Some experience in meetings and events management
* Stakeholder management experience
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
