You bring:
* Flexibility to work at short notice and pick your shifts
* Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in working across different services, locations, and teams
* Experience supporting vulnerable people, with a positive, caring attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience with support plans, recording, and effective communication
Our team:
You will join our wider services in Cornwall, with opportunities to work across multiple locations, including St Austell, under Manager Lyn.
