We are looking for a Senior Network Inbound Manager to act as the primary architect for our inbound strategy. This isn't just about managing flow; it’s about commanding accountability across a complex network of stakeholders, including Ocado Retail and Morrisons.
The Role: This is a high-autonomy, high-influence position. You will move between high-level strategy and operational reality, ensuring our inbound network is scalable, governed, and resilient.
What you’ll do:
* Architect the Strategy: Transform high-level network goals into actionable frameworks for our UK-wide operations.
* Command Accountability: Establish the governance and escalation pathways that keep our retail partners and inbound teams aligned.
* Drive Scalable Excellence: Use data-led insights to identify systemic risks before they hit the bay doors.
* Influence at the Top: Build high-trust relationships with senior leadership across Ocado and our partners to maintain operational confidence.
