About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe! Your keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will shine as you monitor the pool and flumes, creating unforgettable experiences for everyone.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a lifeguard qualification yet! We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to complete your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll excel in monitoring the pool during busy times.
* If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you!
* Don’t have one? No problem! We’re here to support you in obtaining your NPLQ.
* You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.
* Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as you become a key part of our team.
