Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom as a Mid‑Market Account Manager.
* Oversee customer growth, training and development of best practices to drive business value and ROI.
* Analyze and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support.
* Conduct regular check‑in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels.
* Manage a portfolio of 300 customers.
* Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns.
* Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
