Duties
* Managing customer bookings to ensure workshop efficiency
* Providing regular updates to customers about vehicle progress and repair times
* Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and associated documentation
* Clearly explaining completed work to clients
* Identifying additional aftersales opportunities when appropriate
* Liaising with parts department regarding parts availability
* Recording retail, warranty, and non‑chargeable repairs precisely
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
* Strong administrative and organisational abilitiesAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience working within an office or administrative environment is desirable
* Kerridge system knowledge would be beneficial
* Customer‑focused attitude and professional approach
