The Vale is a successful and high achieving 11 to 18 academy which has an excellent reputation and an established trend of high student outcomes, consistently above those achieved nationally. Indeed, 2025 outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority with attainment at 4+ and 5+ in both English and Maths at 77% and 65% respectively and an attainment score of 51.6.
The academy is situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire and serves a largely rural community. Brigg itself is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Many of our students travel a considerable distance to school.
We provide state of the art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff. The Vale also offers an extensive and varied programme of extra‑curricular activities to support a rich and rounded education, both within and beyond the classroom.
