About the Role
As Business Performance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality business intelligence, supporting decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a team of performance analysts to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
* Designing, implementing, and maintaining performance dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Driving accurate planning, forecasting, and resource management to ensure KPIs and business objectives are met.
* Developing and implementing robust data systems, reporting processes, and forecasting models.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
* Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Management Information, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
* Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills, including PowerPivot, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
* Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
