Document Controller – Winchester Hospital Project (M&E Focus)

Location: Winchester
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for an experienced Document Controller to join their team on the Winchester Hospital Project. This is a site-based role with a strong focus on M&E documentation, supporting a high-performing project team on a prestigious healthcare scheme.
Key Details:
• Hours: 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
• Breaks: 45 mins (flexible, agreed between parties)
• Location: On-site at Winchester Hospital Project
• Rate: £25/hour
You Will Be:
• Managing and maintaining project documentation, with a focus on mechanical & electrical content
• Working closely with:
o Electrical Contracts Manager
o Mechanical Contracts Manager
o O&M Technical Document Writer
What You Need:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller on construction or engineering projects
• Familiarity with M&E documentation and site-based processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
