Civils Groundworker (Water Treatment)
Salary: £31,000 – £35,500 per annum (OTE - £45,000+)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Hours: Full Time, Permanent | 08:00–17:00 with flexibility

A national environmental and drainage services business is seeking an experienced Civils Groundworker to support excavation, drainage and reinstatement works across the UK. This is a hands‑on role for a reliable, safety‑focused operative who takes pride in delivering quality work and representing the business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities
7. Excavation works including temporary works support
8. Drainage, manhole, tank installations and duct laying
9. Backfilling, spoil management and cold‑lay reinstatement (Section 72)
10. Maintenance excavations, minor foundation works and blockage clearance
11. Accurate job updates using a PDA / CRM system
12. Site reports with supporting photographs
13. Compliance with all health, safety and company standards
14. Maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicle
15. Professional communication with customers and colleagues
