Our client is a regional firm who are seeking a senior residential property solicitor to join their busy team.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Assisting with the development of junior team members through supervision and training
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Attending networking events to build your reputation and develop professional connections
About you
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven track record of handling a broad range of residential property transactions
* Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will deliver an excellent service to clients, whilst progressing your own personal development, in a welcoming and supportive environment.
