Base pay range
Digital Marketing Manager – Travel – up to £45k + benefits (hybrid, South West London)
Our client, a fast-growing travel business, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong data-led approach and a genuine interest in the travel industry. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help identify which products and destinations would benefit most from a marketing push, and take charge of optimising campaign performance across all digital channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital and email marketing activity in a fast-paced environment, with the added bonus of working in a dynamic, ever-evolving sector. You’ll also lead on researching and implementing AI tools for the business, and play a key role in shaping foundational marketing strategy.

This role offers the chance to combine your digital expertise with your passion for travel and make a measurable impact in a collaborative and sociable environment.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience using HubSpot, proven email marketing skills including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and building nurture funnels, plus solid experience across paid media platforms like Meta and Google, with the ability to assess campaign value. A data-first mindset and confidence using analytics to guide decisions are essential. Experience with SEO, familiarity with AI tools for marketing, and knowledge of WordPress would also be a plus.
