An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Document Production Specialist to join a busy evening team within a leading law firm. This Document Production Specialist role sits within a high-performing document production function where the Document Production Specialist will support global offices with complex, high-volume legal and business documentation. The Document Production Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, consistency and quality across all outputs, and the Document Production Specialist will be an essential part of the wider support structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Producing, formatting and updating legal documents, pitches and presentations
• Transcribing dictations using legal software and audio tools
• Reformatting and amending complex documents in line with house style
• Supporting high-volume workflow across multiple fee earners
• Proofreading and quality-checking all documentation
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience as a Document Production Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
