We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join us as an Personal Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and varied role, working at the heart of our firm and supporting three senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, Outlook coordination, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
* Manage calendars and prioritise schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Process invoices and monitor third-party contracts, including renewals with technology and software partners.
* Coordinate projects and support ongoing initiatives across Technology, Risk & Compliance, and other business areas.
* Act as a first point of contact, handling enquiries professionally and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
* Support the delivery of excellent client service in every aspect of the role.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is eager to get involved, learn quickly, and contribute to a busy team.
Experience & Knowledge
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
* Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and handle multiple tasks in a pressurised environment.
* Previous involvement in coordinating projects.
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and especially PowerPoint); knowledge of DocuSign and BCP processes would be an advantage.
* An interest in IT and innovation is desirable.
