Location: Bournemouth + remote
On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organization based in the North West.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day procurement activities, engage and lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage frameworks, and potentially support recruitment efforts. The role involves working across categories, with a focus on professional services and place.
* Relevant procurement qualification or evidence of CPD (e.g., CIPS or working towards it).
* Strong knowledge of public sector regulation, including the Procurement Act 2023.
* Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
* Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
* Experience delivering social value objectives and working within the place/professional services categories.
