Your first year as a Registered Nurse
It is important to us for you to enjoy your first nursing role. We know that it can feel a little daunting starting your nursing career and that is why we have developed an outstanding preceptorship programme to help get you settled and guide you through the first year.
You will be supported with a mentor, an induction, and supernumerary period. Plus you will have access to professional Nurse Advocates, specially trained to provide support in clinical practice.
