Real Estate Solicitor (2-4 PQE) – Southampton | Hybrid Working
A national law firm with a strong regional presence is recruiting a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its established and growing development team in Southampton. This role offers high-quality real estate work, early responsibility and the flexibility of hybrid working.
The team advises on a broad range of real estate matters, with a primary focus on residential-led development and strategic land projects. Work also includes commercial development, regeneration, investment and asset management for national businesses, regional property companies and owner-occupier clients. The team is also recognised for its work on natural capital and sustainability-driven projects, including biodiversity net gain, nutrient neutrality and water neutrality schemes, as well as contentious and non-contentious agricultural matters.
Recent matters include advising a national land promoter on strategic land promotion agreements across the UK, acting on the promotion of a 250-acre site delivering up to 1,500 residential units, advising habitat banks and mitigation providers on conservation covenants and biodiversity net gain projects, supporting well-known owner-occupiers with portfolio expansion and refinancing, advising further education colleges on leases, redevelopment and disposals and acting on the acqu...
