Location:Head Office Burton-on-Trent (with travel across Staffordshire & Derbyshire homes)
Salary:£69,200 + Car Allowance
Contract:Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern:MondayFriday (95 / 84 flexible around inspections)
Hybrid:1 day per week where appropriate
About the Organisation
We are a fast-growing provider of childrens residential care and education with:
1. 5 childrens homes currently openacross Staffordshire & Derbyshire
2. 6th home opening by Christmas
3. Multiple additional homes planned throughout 20262027
4. Services for children aged 518with Learning Disabilities (LD)and/or Emotional/Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
5. Homes offering 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 staffing ratiosdepending on needs
6. Embedded therapeutic modelwith on-site therapy support
7. Two new specialist schools launching (SEMH & LD/PD)
8. A strong operational infrastructure including: 2 Operations Directors, 2 Registered Individuals, an Operations Team, HR Manager and HR Advisors
9. Recent Ofsted inspections rated multiple homes as Good, with new homes successfully opened in 20232024
