A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join its London-based team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment, delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to users across multiple office locations. You’ll be providing day-to-day hands-on support to approximately 100 users, helping to ensure smooth operation of desktop systems, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and office technologies. The role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and high-performing IT team. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and office-based technology Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and Citrix Provide support for basic network and connectivity issues (LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) Administer and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager Assist users with video conferencing setups and telephony systems Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT support procedures Work closely with internal users and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently Skills & Experience 3 years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd line), preferably in a financial services or corporate setting Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Citrix environments Familiarity with telephony systems, voice recording tools, and endpoint security Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN) and scripting (PowerShell preferred) Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Desirable Qualifications Degree in IT or related field (preferred but not essential) Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or CompTIA A/Network This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected financial services firm where your support will directly impact business continuity and user satisfaction.
