As a Senior Account Operations Specialist at adidas, you'll work in a fast-paced environment responsible for managing our key wholesale partners. Your role involves collaborating with various departments and customers to secure, track, and deliver accurate order books. You'll proactively identify improvements and drive change, deputise for management, and serve as the senior contact for key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the team with account queries and workload distribution.
2. Challenging and improving working methods and practices.
3. Ensuring excellent order book management from reconciliation to invoicing in collaboration with wholesale accounts and internal partners.
4. Producing, analyzing, and interpreting data and reports to meet business and customer needs.
5. Managing customer service activities to fulfill requests, resolve queries, and provide solutions.
6. Working with supply chain to meet customer requirements.
7. Ensuring timely delivery of launch-sensitive products through cross-functional tracking.
Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, initiative, leadership qualities, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Key skills include multitasking, communication, adaptability, innovation, and efficiency driving.
