SupporttheHRManagerandHRBusinessPartnerswithsicknessabsenceandemployeerelationscasework,includingobtainingmedicalreportsandundertakinginvestigations,whererequired.
SupporttheHRManager,HRBusinessPartnersandmanagerswithanyrestructuresandotherorganisationalchanges,asrequired.
AssistHRBusinessPartners,inliaisonwiththeHRLearningandDevelopmentCoordinator,toensurethatworkforceplanning,trainingneedsanalysisanddevelopmentplansareactioned.
Supportandinsomecircumstances,lead,HRprojectsandundertakerelatedresearch.Forexample,leadtheHappyHealthyHerestaffhealthandwellbeingarrangementsandJobEvaluationapproach.
WorkwiththeHRBusinessPartnerstodevelopanddelivertrainingandothersupporttomanagers.
Ensurethetimelyandaccurateprovisionofpeopledataandreports,includingannualemployeedatachecks.
