Job title: Café Bar Kitchen Team Member
Location: Green Hill Farm Holiday Village
Pay: £12.60 (with real living wage increase in April)
Hours: Full time & Part time hours available
Shifts: Varied between the hours of 1:00pm and 10:00pm. Afternoon/evening shifts available (will usually be every Wednesday and Sunday as the days off)
Days: 5 per week including weekends
Contract: Seasonal (to mid/late October)
Live In: Not available with this role

Join us at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village as a Cafe Bar Kitchen Team Member, where you'll work closely with and train under our Head Chef to develop exciting new recipes and rotating specials that complement our current menu. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity to life in our newly renovated café bar. You'll work alongside our kitchen team to ensure exceptional dishes and memorable dining for our guests

What will you do?
* Prepare the kitchen for service
* Cook food to specification for a menu consisting mainly of stone-baked pizzas, burgers, fries and salads
* Complete non-cooking tasks such as labelling, temperature checks and completing documentation
* Maintain level of cleanliness of work areas, wash up and clean catering equipment
* Work collaboratively across the whole park team
* Deliver high-quality dishes consistently, whilst training under and learning from our Head Chef
* Contribute to menu development, creating new recipes and specials
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
* Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience
Work collaboratively with the wider park team to ensure a great experience for our guests
What are we looking for?
* We are looking for someone who has a passion for food. Prior experience of cooking at a CDP level would be ideal.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality food with creativity and care
* Adaptable and eager to grow within a dynamic team
* Positive, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
* Experienced in a similar kitchen environment (preferred but not essential)
* Able to perform well under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
