We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to join a reputable legal team in Gloucestershire on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a confident, self:sufficient solicitor or legal executive with a broad background in civil litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
: Managing a varied civil litigation caseload, including:Personal injury claims, Contentious probate and will disputes, Residential tenancy disputes, Debt recovery matters
: Providing practical, commercially minded advice to clients
: Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines
Requirements:
: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
: Proven ability to manage cases independently from instruction to resolution
: Excellent communication and client:care skills
: Available to start at short notice
