Our IT client is looking for a Bid Coordinator to take full ownership of their end-to-end bid process. What you’ll be doing: * Managing the whole bid lifecycle from RFP to final submission * Updating, organising, and curating the bid document library so that content is always sharp, compliant, and ready to go. * Coordinating input from sales, technical, and subject matter experts to pull together winning proposals. * Ensuring deadlines are met without the last-minute chaos * Bringing consistency, polish, and a bit of flair to every submission.
