Community Gateway Association (CGA) is a tenant-led, community-focused housing association delivering high-quality homes and services across Preston and beyond. We’re looking for two Development Project Officers to help deliver new-build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values.
What We Are Looking For...
* Experience managing new-build housing projects
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, Building Regulations, and planning
* Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively
* Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
* Good IT skills and data literacy
* Relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
* Full driving licence and access to a car
It would be great if you also had...
* Knowledge of housing sector trends and sustainability standards
* Experience working with Homes England funding
